深圳東港嘉勝家具制造有限公司成立于2004年，注冊資金10008萬元，位于深圳市南山區(qū)西麗街道陽光社區(qū)松白路百旺創(chuàng)意工廠3棟，在中山、廣州、深圳設(shè)有三大生產(chǎn)基地，總占地面積超 16 萬平方米。公司員工約200余人，其中本科及以上三十余人，?？莆迨嗳?，專業(yè)設(shè)計團隊十余人。 工廠擁有CNC加工中心、自動封邊機、UV涂裝線、中央集塵、AGV物流等三十多項大型機器設(shè)備及配套設(shè)施，是集全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈生產(chǎn)服務(wù)于一體的大型現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)。公司已通過了ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系認證、ISO14001環(huán)境管理體系認證、ISO45001職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認證及家具產(chǎn)品環(huán)保衛(wèi)士證書等多項權(quán)威體系認證，嚴格把控產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)、安全性與環(huán)保性，從原材料甄選、生產(chǎn)加工到產(chǎn)品出庫實施全方位、多層次的全流程監(jiān)管。在原材料甄選環(huán)節(jié)及產(chǎn)品出庫前，由專業(yè)質(zhì)檢員依據(jù)國家標準進行逐項檢測，確保每一件產(chǎn)品均符合相關(guān)規(guī)范要求。此外，公司已連續(xù)多年入選深圳市政府采購預選供應商名錄。
Shenzhen Donggang Jiasheng Furniture Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 with a registered capital of 100.08 million RMB. Located in Building 3, Baiwang Creative Factory, Songbai Road, Yangguang Community, Xili Subdistrict, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the company operates three major production bases in Zhongshan, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, covering a total area of over 160,000 square meters.
The company employs approximately 200 staff members, including over 30 with bachelor's degrees or higher, more than 50 with college diplomas, and a professional design team of over 10 individuals. The factory is equipped with over thirty large-scale machines and supporting facilities, such as CNC machining centers, automatic edge banding machines, UV coating lines, central dust collection systems, and AGV logistics. This makes it a large-scale modern enterprise integrating the entire industrial chain of production and services.
The company has obtained numerous authoritative certifications, including the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and the Furniture Product Environmental Protection Certificate. We strictly control product quality, safety, and environmental impact, implementing comprehensive and multi-level supervision throughout the entire process—from raw material selection and production processing to product delivery. Professional quality inspectors conduct itemized inspections in accordance with national standards during the raw material selection phase and before product delivery to ensure every product meets relevant specifications.
In addition, the company has been listed in the Shenzhen Municipal Government Procurement Pre-selected Supplier Directory for consecutive years.
