工藝特點(diǎn)，配置說明：
a、斜邊封邊做油性漆,高附著力，耐氧化，涂層成膜致密；
b、鋼架：方管表面噴涂高光黑，顏色均勻。
Base Material: E1-grade eco-friendly MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard). Its formaldehyde emission, modulus of rupture, and water absorption expansion rate all comply with national standards. It features fire resistance, stain resistance and wear resistance.
Surface Finish: High-quality melamine veneer, with Glazed Oak as the main color and Meteorite Gray as the secondary color.
Edge Banding Material: 1mm-thick PVC edge banding, bonded with eco-friendly adhesive.
Hardware Fittings: All fittings are national standard hardware, featuring oxidation resistance and long service life.
Process Features & Configuration Description:
a. Beveled edge banding is finished with oil-based paint, which ensures high adhesion, oxidation resistance and dense film formation of the coating.
b. Steel Frame: Square tubes are treated with high-gloss black spray coating, presenting uniform color.
